To raise funds for shipping wheelchairs to Ethiopia, Saba will share her cooking expertise in three classes this summer.
Traditional Ethiopian food combines earthy, spicy, tart, sour and pungent flavors with a base seasoning, berbere, to create a sensory experience focused on bringing friends and family together. Learn the traditional cooking methods along with unique and ancient dining customs.
